MARK FRANCIS - MENTOR

Mark’s last corporate job was SVP Global HR for JT International. Since 2002 he has mentored leaders, trained sales, and inspired sports teams in 42 countries. His key areas of expertise are championing change, leading teams, commercial coaching, and value-based selling. Outside of the office, Mark is a rugby referee and amateur wine connoisseur.

BEN FRANCIS - DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Ben returned to London from studying in the USA to work in technology, first at Tesla and most recently for billing startup Billforward. Ben manages digital marketing for Augmenta, but just as importantly acts as a “Millennial Mentor” for Mark, providing guidance and advice from a different perspective.
